	Family Memberships: (all family members must live at the same address) First Person: $32.00 a month* plus an initiation fee of $74.00. Second Person: $16.00 a month** (for a spouse, partner or child 13 to 18 years of age) plus an initiation fee of $68.00 Additional Persons: $11.00 a month** (13 to 18 years of age) *plus an initiation fee of $49.00
	Seniors: $10.00 a month* (65 years or older; proof of age required) *plus an initiation fee of $20.00.
	Tanning: Unlimited tanning (standup/laydown combo) for $34.95 a month.
